Check Ups

Oral health is a preventative measure above all else. If you keep your oral health in check, you’ll eliminate the pain and trauma caused from developing tooth decay, or worse, needing to undergo fillings, root canal treatment or tooth implants.

At Thinc Clinic, we take the prevention of tooth decay and regular oral hygiene as one of the most important parts of our job. Thanks to our advanced diagnostic tools and technology, when you commit to good oral health through regular check-ups – we’re able to detect problems before they start.

We offer all aspects of general dentistry to maintain and promote optimal oral health – including oral hygiene, fillings, root canals, bonding, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions and general sedation. Using only the best quality materials and the latest technology, we offer the most leading oral hygiene and general dentistry possible.

No matter what your age - from toddlers whose first teeth are starting to appear to healthy young adults or grandparents with dentures, it is essential to visit the dentist on a regular basis for general dentistry and oral hygiene treatments.

Does your child have a mouthguard for their sport season? A custom fitting mouthguard significantly reduces facial damage caused by sport impacts. At Thinc Clinic we make custom-fitted, personalised mouth guards that offer maximum protection and comfort, that have low impact on speech and breathing. Safe for use with braces. Choose from a range of cool colours, add a personalised name or school logo. All you need is a 15 min consult for a dental impression and the mouthguard will be ready for collection in just 2 days.

Genetic and
Bacteriological Testing

Did you know that the bacteria in your mouth can affect your overall health? Knowing what types of bacteria are found in your mouth can help us predict and prevent future dental health problems such as cavities and periodontal disease.

Genetic and bacteriological testing involves taking swabs from your mouth and having them analysed in a laboratory.

You will be given a full report on the type of bacteria found in your mouth, and your dentist will discuss a management program to ensure the prevention possible problems.

If we do find harmful bacteria, we eradicate them with dental lasers, and in some cases recommend antibiotics.

Emergency Dentist

Need an emergency dentist? Look no further! We have all the latest technology at Thinc Clinic to mill new crowns or veneers while you wait.

The patient in this photo was kicked in the mouth by a horse, leading to a cracked veneer and an exposed nerve. We quickly treated her with root canal procedure and designed and manufactured a temporary crown in just a day.

The crown remained in while the trauma around the damaged root settled. We placed her permanent crown after one month. Back to a beautiful smile!
